Worry-Free, Eco-Friendly Returns 

 

We hope you love our products as much as we do! However, if you are not satisfied with your physical purchase for any reason within 90 days after purchase, please contact support@melitaorganics.com and we will be happy to help you process a full refund (less original shipping costs). You don't even have to return the item to us. Please just recycle the appropriate items (glass bottle, paper tube packaging, etc.). We are proud of this generous return policy which reduces hassle for you and helps the environment with less delivery trucks on the road.

We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@melitaorganics.com.
